Lavender essential oil provides relaxation and is believed to treat anxiety, fungal infections, allergies, depression, insomnia, eczema, nausea, and menstrual cramps.

It is very simple to make yourself lavender essential oil. The only two ingredients are dry lavenders and olive oil.

Step 1. Dry the lavenders under the Sun.

Step 2. Put them in an empty jar if the lavenders are dry completely.

Step 3. Pour olive oil in the jar and let the oil cover the lavenders.

Step 4. Store it in the cool place for at least 4 weeks.

Step 5. Get the lavenders from the jar and Use the cotton cloth (I used an

old stocking) to wrap with these lavenders.

Step 6. Squeeze them into and another empty jar.

Step 7. Repeat the step 5 & 6 till you abstract a bottle of Lavender Essential

Oil .
